Expedited Filing of Articles

Have your articles filed on an expedited basis. (Standard and expedited time frames vary in every state, so please speak to our staff concerning the applicable time frame in your chosen state.) NIS will send your filed articles via Overnight Delivery, and your corporate or LLC Record Book will be shipped separately via First Class Mail. Exception: Shipment of filed articles and record book for Nevada corporations require two business days.
