EIN Number

After your corporation or LLC is formed, NIS obtains your required Employer Identification Number (EIN) for you [also known as the Federal Tax Identification Number] from the IRS. Your entity will need this number to open a bank account, obtain a business license and initiate payroll. Remember, even if you have a existing or previous business with an EIN, every new entity needs a SEPARATE EIN number.
