Check Name

Unlike many of our competitors, NIS will check to ensure that your future business entity's name is available for use in your home state (or other state of foreign registration) before we file your corporation or LLC's articles in Nevada . Avoid the aggravation of having to amend your articles, or to operate under a different name in your home state if your chosen name is not available.

NOTE: Although many states differ on this process, California requires NIS to have a trust account for name availability. Please call for a quote if you would like NIS to reserve your chosen entity name in a state other than California . (The reservation period varies depending on state.)
