You will receive an email with your record book tracking number and the ability to click on our online calendar to schedule a 30 minute record book review at your convenience. Complete records are vital to help protect your corporate or LLC veil. We will support you in completing the following:
- The first board meeting.
- Appointment and acceptance of officers and directors (managers for LLCs).
- By-laws/operating agreement.
- Additional minutes and resolutions.
- Stock ledger (owners of the corporation or LLC).
- Issuance of stock or membership certifications.
- Any foreign registration or other time sensitive information.
