Scott Letourneau is the founder and CEO of Nationwide

of Minnesota Duluth and a Masters Practitioners Degree in NLP. In
1994, he graduated from Anthony Robbins; "Mastery University" program. Additionally he has successfully completed the Performance
Enhancement Quotient training by Fortune 500 CEO trainer, Chet Holmes
and America's Number One Marketing Wizard, Jay Abrahams.
Mr. Letourneau is the author of "What is the
Correct Entity to Protect Your Business and Your Assets" a guide
for you and your attorney to help you make the best choice for which

interviewed Mr. Letourneau for his expertise on corporations and taxation.
He appears regularly on TalkBiz Soup radio and is considered an expert

David Sinigaglia, Board of Advisors
David Sinigaglia is on the Board
of Advisors to Nevada Corporate Planners, Inc. Over the last
forty-seven years, Mr. Sinigaglia has been responsible for the
management of over 10,000 employees in aggregate. His expertise
spans seventeen various industries in over a dozen different
countries. Mr. Sinigaglia has served on the Board of Directors
of three public companies. He has worked on Wall Street and
has been CEO to many companies. Mr. Sinigaglia has introduced
cross-country culture caucus to develop corporate culture, with
a common denominator for all subsidiaries. In 1994, Mr. Sinigaglia
formed Integrity Ventures Inc, a venture capital fund, investing
in First Stage start-ups in Israel. The fund invested in the
high tech field of multi-media software development, hypertext
software technology, data communications, hardware and software.
In Israel, Integrity Ventures introduced the corporate culture
consulting services of Wally Olin, a world-renowned UK authority
of Wolf Olins, Ltd. This activity was well received by a variety
of Israeli companies.
In 1998, Mr. Sinigaglia joined
Solid ISG Group, Ltd. as a Vice President. By 1999, he was named
CEO of the corporation with branches in the UK, Germany and
Israel. Solid, through its investment bank sidiaries, Solid
ISG Capital USA, Inc. and Solid ISG Capital Markets LLC, was
involved in a range of services including private placements,
IPOs as a lead or co-manager, mergers, acquisition, restructuring
and reorganizations, fairness opinions, financial advisory services,
retail brokerage and market making.
Throughout Mr. Sinigaglia's career,
he has been invited to lecture at various institutions such
as: The Israeli Institute of Works Measurement, The Israel Export
Institute, The Jerusalem Institute of Management, Imperial College,
London, UK, Institute of Directors, London, UK and Tel Aviv
University. He has served as an independent Board Director of
Balat Bank Ltd., a subsidiary of the Industrial Development
Bank of Israel. His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, presented
Mr. Sinigaglia with the London Sunday Times Business Export
Award. The London Design Center Award honored his creation of
the Crayonne collection of products.
Mr. Sinigaglia is currently residing
in Las Vegas. With "people" being his core business, he provides
