Scott Letourneau is the founder and CEO of Nationwide Incorporate Services. Top professionals have long recognized Mr. Letourneau as a leading expert nationwide on Nevada corporations and entity structuring, and he’s now extended his ability and expertise to the incorporating process in all 50 states.
He’s formed over 3,000 corporations and LLCs over the past eight years. Mr. Letourneau has a BA in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and a Masters Practitioners Degree in NLP. In 1994 he graduated from Anthony Robbins’ "Mastery University" program. Additionally, he’s successfully completed the Performance Enhancement Quotient training by Fortune 500 CEO trainer Chet Holmes, and America's Number One Marketing Wizard, Jay Abraham.
Mr. Letourneau is the author of What is the Correct Entity to Protect Your Business and Your Assets, a guide for you and your attorney to help you make the best choice of business entity for your company. Channel 8 News of Las Vegas has interviewed Mr. Letourneau on his expertise in corporations and taxation. He appears regularly on “TalkBiz Soup” radio. He’s considered an expert on corporations and taxation by many prominent professionals, including Sandy Botkin, noted tax attorney and CPA, and author of Lower Your Taxes-Big Time, and Dr. Arnold Goldstein, J.D., LL.M., Ph. D., author of hundreds of books on finance and law. The Las Vegas Review Journal recognized Mr. Letourneau in 2004 for his achievements, citing his views on the benefits of incorporating.
